This document provides required disclosures under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 32-3211) and outlines the nature, scope, and limits of the services offered through Trinity Mystic and Mystical Marketing LLC.
Please read carefully. Your booking and signed consent indicate that you understand and agree to the following:
1. Practitioner Status & Legal Disclosure
I, Nina Mizuno, am a practitioner operating under Mystical Marketing LLC. I am not:
• a medical doctor
• a psychologist or psychiatrist
• a licensed mental health professional
• a licensed healthcare provider of any kind
The services I offer — including Transformational Alignment Coaching, Depth Hypnosis, Shamanic Healing, Energy Medicine, and Spiritual Counseling — are alternative and complementary healing arts, not licensed by the State of Arizona.
These services are intended to compliment conventional healthcare, not replace it.
You agree to continue receiving care from any licensed clinician(s) responsible for your medical, psychiatric, or psychological well-being.
2. Scope of Services & Limitations
The services provided are non-therapeutic, non-diagnostic, and non-clinical. They are designed to support:
• self-awareness
• emotional insight and processing
• inner connection
• subconscious exploration
• spiritual growth
• energetic alignment
• personal transformation
Accordingly:
• I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.
• I do not provide medical advice or psychotherapy.
• I do not recommend altering or discontinuing any medications or treatments prescribed by a licensed professional.
Any resources I share (books, recordings, articles, practices) are for educational purposes only.
3. Complementary Healing Arts Notice (A.R.S. § 32-3211)
Under Arizona law, I must advise you that:
• My services are not regulated or licensed by the State of Arizona.
• You have the right to seek treatment from a licensed medical or mental health professional at any time.
• You may request additional information about my training or approach before or during any service.

• Ongoing professional development and adherence to the ethical guidelines of relevant training bodies and certifying institutes.

5. Memory Disclaimer (Required for Hypnosis & Regression Work)
Research shows that memories accessed during hypnosis, altered states, or imaginal work are not always historically accurate. Memory is reconstructive, shaped by:
• perception
• emotional state
• suggestion
• time
• related life experiences
Memories may be:
• symbolic
• distorted
• incomplete
• blended with imagination
• or interpreted through emotional meaning
If memories arise with possible legal implications, please be aware:
• such recollections may not be admissible in court
• we will pause to discuss emotional safety and whether continuing the process is appropriate
This protects you legally and emotionally.
6. Hypnosis and Depth Hypnosis Disclosure & Release
Hypnosis is a self-regulated profession.
I am a Certified Hypnotist — not a licensed mental health provider. Depth Hypnosis sessions:
• support spiritual growth, emotional insight, and personal transformation
• do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment
• may evoke strong emotional material
• are guided with trauma-sensitive pacing
• are confidential and conducted ethically
You are responsible for determining whether you feel emotionally stable enough to participate.
7. Emotional Responsibility & Safety
Inner work — including hypnosis, altered states, symbolic regression, and shamanic processes — may activate strong emotions.
By booking a session, you acknowledge:
• You feel emotionally stable enough to participate at this time.
• You will inform me if you need to pause, slow down, or shift direction.
• You will seek medical or mental health support if emotional activation exceeds the scope of this work.
• I cannot guarantee or control what arises in your inner experience.
You take full responsibility for your emotional well-being before, during, and after sessions.
8. Voluntary Participation & Right to Discontinue
• Your participation is voluntary.
• You may stop or decline any process at any time.
• You may discontinue services without penalty (outside cancellation rules).
• I reserve the right to discontinue services if safety concerns arise.
9. Session Recording Policy
You may request a recording for your personal integration.
You may also decline recording at any time.
Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly, posted online, or distributed.
10. Informed Consent Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you understand:
• The services offered are alternative healing arts and not licensed healthcare.
• I am not diagnosing, treating, or preventing medical or psychological conditions.
• I cannot guarantee outcomes.
• You are responsible for your choices, interpretations, and integration.
• You will continue appropriate medical and psychological care as needed.
You also consent to participate in any processes we mutually agree on, including:
• hypnosis
• trance or altered states
• regression or symbolic journey work
• intuitive or imaginal inquiry
• shamanic or energetic practices
• somatic and emotional processing
Consent may be revisited at any time.
11. Waiver of Liability
By agreeing to this Disclosure & Release, you waive any claims arising from:
• emotional discomfort
• shifts in belief, identity, or perspective
• symbolic, imaginal, or non-literal experiences
• decisions you make based on session insights
• misunderstandings regarding memory or regression work
• personal interpretations of trance experiences
You agree that Trinity Mystic and Mystical Marketing LLC are not liable for any emotional, psychological, or physical responses during or after sessions.
12. Acknowledgment
Booking constitutes your agreement that you:

✓ Take full responsibility for your well-being and decisions
✓ Consent to the practices offered
✓ Release the practitioner and business from liability
