Ignite Post Session Integration Guide

Our session created some movement. Over the next hours and days, your mind and body will keep processing, organizing, and settling around what felt true. This is not something you have to force. Integration has its own timing. This guide outlines what you may notice and how to support the next 72 hours.

First, take care of your body

Try one or more of these:

  • Drink water
  • Eat something simple
  • Take a short walk
  • Be in nature
  • One hand to chest, one slow breath

Reduce decision-making for the next few days. You might feel inclined to take action. Let the nervous system settle first. Clarity improves when the system is calm.

What you may notice (and what to do)

Over the next 72 hours, prioritize alignment seeds only. Not a complete overhaul. Not a new system. One small action at a time.

  • A quieter inner dialogue Notice the gaps between thoughts. This is mindfulness. It is a sign you are moving from reacting to responding.
  • More passion, enthusiasm, or motivation Let the energy move into one small, clean action. Do not convert it into pressure or build a whole new system while your nervous system is still integrating.
  • Clearer yes and no signals in the body Treat the signal as information. Choose one small “yes” you can follow today, or one small “no” you can honor.
  • Choices shifting naturally as what no longer fits loses pull Let the shift be gradual. Look for 1% upgrades, not instant reinvention.
  • Tenderness, fatigue, or emotional waves (relief, grief, irritation, sensitivity, or feeling activated) Treat it as reorganization, not failure. Slow down. Reduce stimulation. Return to the body: water, breath, warmth, gentle movement. If it feels heavy, it is information we can address in a future session.
  • Return of doubt, negative self-talk, or resistance This can be the system protecting familiar identity patterns. Notice it. Name it. You do not have to follow it. If you want support moving through it, that is exactly what an Integrate session is designed for.

Core practices

Use any of these if they resonate. There is no requirement to use all of them.

1. Stay close to your compass Pause once or twice a day and ask:

  • “What does this feel like in my body right now?”
  • “What does my system know is true today?”

This is not performance. It is orientation.

2. Gentle observation, not effort Avoid trying to “work on” yourself. Let insights land. Let impulses surface naturally. Let clarity emerge without pressure.

3. Return to what you named If you made notes before or during your session, revisit the goal or direction you named, why it matters, and your alignment seed. Notice what feels more resonant now.

4. Simple practices to carry forward Choose one for the next few days:

  • One-breath orientation: “What would support my direction right now?”
  • Alignment seed: the one micro-step you chose.
  • One-line truth: “What feels true today?”
  • Body check-in: hand to chest, one slow breath.

Optional: habit building support

If you want a simple framework for building aligned habits and releasing unwanted ones, use the Lasting Change Habit Builder.

If you opted for a custom integration audio

Neuroplasticity research suggests it takes 18 to 254 days for new patterns to stabilize in the mind. A 2010 study from University College London found it takes an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. One week of listening creates a spark. Four weeks begins to build a groove. But the deeper the pattern you are shifting, the more repetition your nervous system needs to accept the new as normal.

If you selected a personalized recording, daily listening is the most supportive thing you can do. Not because you have to. Because consistency is how the subconscious begins to trust that this is the new direction, not just a one-time event.

There is nothing to do while listening. No effort required. Let your subconscious take what fits and leave what does not. If resistance arises, simply notice it and continue.

The longer you stay with it, the more it becomes yours.

You did something real today. The next 72 hours are part of that.
