🌟 How to Prepare for Your Hypnosis Session

To get the most out of your session, it’s important to create the right environment—both externally and internally. This is a time to shift your energy, rewire your thoughts, and align with your intention.

Depth hypnosis journeySet the Space

  • Find a quiet, undisturbed space where you won’t be interrupted for the full two hours. This is your time to drop in deeply.
  • Earphones or earbuds are strongly recommended for an immersive experience.
  • You may sit or lie down during the session—whatever helps you relax—but please ensure that your camera can still see you clearly throughout.
  • If you have one, an eye mask can enhance the trance state and deepen the effect.
  • Having water, tissue or your journal nearby may minimize any potential  needs. 
  • Please don’t eat prior to my altered state session. Abstaining from large meals at least two hours before the session is recommended. 

Clarify Your Intention

Before the session, take time to reflect on why you booked this session.

  • What do you want to shift or rewire?
  • What outcome would feel meaningful?
  • What belief, pattern, or challenge are you ready to release or transform?

The more clearly you understand your goal beforehand, the more we can use the full session time for transformation and integration, rather than clarification.

Session Recording Record

Sessions may be recorded and provided to you for your personal review and integration. Listening back can help deepen the impact of the experience and bring new insights to light over time.

You are always welcome to decline recording, and you also have the right to make your own recording if you prefer. Please let me know your preference at the start of our session.
