Trinity Mystic – Transformational Alignment Coaching & Hypnotherapy

By booking a session, package, or program with Trinity Mystic, you agree to the following terms. These policies support clarity, safety, ethical practice, and a grounded transformational experience.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance are eligible for a refund minus a 6% credit card and administrative processing fee.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your session or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show due to insufficient time remaining to conduct the work safely and effectively.

Important:
Pre-session exercises, preparation materials, and administrative time are delivered three days prior to your session.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Sessions are not held or reserved without payment.

Sliding Scale:
Because financial accessibility matters, a limited number of sliding-scale spots may be available. Please reach out before booking to inquire.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. All sessions occur in a confidential container.
Your personal information and session content will never be shared without your explicit consent unless required by law.

In keeping with professional best practices:
• Any general references to trends, themes, or insights used for marketing or educational purposes will always be non-identifying.
• Minors are not treated.
• Sessions will not proceed if you appear impaired by substances.

Client Responsibilities

To support ethical and effective practice, clients agree to:
• arrive in a stable, sober condition
• attend sessions from a private, quiet environment
• avoid listening to hypnotic recordings while driving or operating machinery
• communicate openly about emotional readiness or limits
• seek licensed mental health or medical support when appropriate

If at any point you are experiencing crisis, acute instability, or symptoms outside the scope of coaching/hypnotherapy, you agree to seek appropriate professional care.

Informed Consent

By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to participation in any of the following techniques as appropriate for your session:
• guided meditation or altered states
• hypnosis and suggestion work
• imaginal or symbolic exploration
• regression-style work (age, emotional, or symbolic)
• parts dialogue or inner landscape inquiry
• energy-based or somatic awareness practices

You understand that:
• You remain in control at all times.
• You may pause or stop the session at any point.
• You are responsible for communicating discomfort or the need to slow down.
• Not all techniques are used in every session; methods are tailored for safety and readiness.

Additional consent may be requested for deeper processes.

Right to Refuse Service

Trinity Mystic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
• a client’s behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive
• a client appears under the influence of alcohol or substances
• the practitioner determines that the work requested is outside scope
• the session environment is not private or safe
• the practitioner believes continuation may harm the client

No refunds will be issued in cases involving misconduct or policy violation.

Scope of Practice & Disclaimer

Trinity Mystic services are designed for personal insight, emotional support, and transformational growth.

They are not a substitute for:
• psychotherapy
• mental health treatment
• medical diagnosis
• medical or psychiatric care
• legal or financial advice

You agree to maintain responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being and to seek qualified medical or psychological care when appropriate.

Technology, Online Sessions & Environment

For online sessions, you agree to:
• ensure a stable internet connection
• use a private, quiet location
• enable audio and video for safety
• refrain from attending sessions while driving

If technical issues prevent the session from continuing, it may be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All pre-session exercises, session recordings, guided journeys, and written materials are the intellectual property of Trinity Mystic.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or taught without permission.
