The Calling
Trinity was often told she was a healer from a young age. It took many years of healing, growth and spiritual practice to act on her guidance. Her adult life has focused on the spiritual and healing path to well-being. With the help of teachers she accesses on both ordinary and non-ordinary reality, Trinity reconnected with her Higher Self and reclaimed her healing abilities.
After a few years of intensive practice in Buddhist retreat centers, Trinity received a clear message that she needed to offer services. It has been a long road to get here, but the road ahead is full of love, compassion, and connection. Trinity hopes you will join her on this journey to self-actualization.
Spiritual Influence
The name Trinity was chosen due to its many sacred meanings. In this context, the inspired Trinity is Buddhism, Shamanism, and Metaphysics, the spiritual foundation and practices offered. Trinity’s spiritual resonance and influence are not exclusive to any specific dogma or spiritual belief. She identifies as non-traditional, synergetic, and spiritually fluid.
While Trinity has strong faith and secure beliefs, she honors all paths and asks the same of those she guides and supports. You do not have to share Trinity’s beliefs or practices. The invitation is to those open-minded to spiritual expression.
The more Trinity learns and practices different spiritual traditions, the lines of separation fade away, and she comes closer to oneness. Her inner wisdom know unification is a cornerstone to spiritual liberation, meaning it unveils the false narrative of separation. There are many paths and practices that lead to this universal intelligence. You are encouraged to stay true to yourself and find the path that resonates with your soul. Namaste
Buddhism
Buddhism is a foundational spiritual practice for Trinity. Morality, ethics, and contemplative practice are grounded in Buddhism. She has practiced Mahayana, Vajrayana, Theravada, and the Western form of Insight Meditation.
Applied Shamanism
Applied shamanism accesses deeper levels of consciousness to heal emotional wounds, address personal challenges, and achieve greater self-awareness by working with the spirit world in non-ordinary reality.
Metaphysical
Metaphysical practices expand understanding of the nature of reality. By shifting attention and intention, the quantum fields of infinite potential unfold. Higher dimensional states create interconnection and unification .

Training and Influences
When Trinity was guided to offer services, three things were clear and confirmed by her guides:
- By eliminating any fee structure and making the services accessible to everyone, she would help more people. In doing so, abundance and manifestation to her dream of running an in-person retreat sanctuary for healing would be realized.
- Anonymity would allow greater honesty and transparency. Counter-intuitive, both Trinity and those she serves would not be subject to pervading biases. By keeping her identity private, she shields herself energetically. As a highly sensitive person and empath, this boundary supports greater balance and protection. Trinity knows this is a temporary measure, as there will come a point when the two will merge. Until then, she is grateful that you respect her privacy.
- She wouldn’t have to “sell” herself or services. Although Trinity has marketing talents, there is an intention in not following standard business practices. Words have been carefully considered to stay in integrity and keep the offering honest. There is no funnel, no freemium, no membership, no upsell. Because of the lack of pricing, individuals can take it or leave it. The right people who needed the service would find it. Although there are trainings and accreditations to validate her levels of skill, you won’t find that here. Her clients will meet her at the heart, not the mind.
