  2. Schedule a 60-min Mindset Coaching: Connect with Trinity to discuss your goals and challenges.
  3. Customized Plan: Receive a tailored coaching roadmap designed to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your vision.
  4. Adopt New Practices: With as little as 30-minutes a day, you build the consistency and habit stacking to truly shift your mindset.

Unlike traditional coaching, we delve into the deeper layers of causes and conditions to identify limiting core beliefs and subconscious patterns that may be hindering your progress. We’ll identify imprints, patterning, triggers, and resistance that are impacting your life choices.

As self awareness expands, the understanding that what happened wasn’t the problem. The problem is how you feel about the problem. 

This mindful, nonjudgmental approach to being an observer, slowly diminishes the power of strong emotions. We incorporate mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and foster inner peace. It strengthens resilience to challenging emotions, and invites acceptance and integration in when change is not possible. As a result of sustained practice, clients become increasingly aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how they impact their life choices. Enhanced self-awareness improves interpersonal relationships and cultivate emotional balance.

Challenging Limited Beliefs

Many times, negative self-talk is subconscious and unchecked. Learn how to identify and shift limiting beliefs, adopt empowering thought patterns, and build resilience in the face of challenges. By helping you recognize and question negative self-talk that is holding you back, you begin to challenge the beliefs that activates them. Giving space for curiosity and inquiry help you understand the effect these thoughts have on your outlook. 

As self-awareness increases, one begins to identify beliefs that originated as a child, when the brain wasn’t fully developed. Understanding that what happened to you isn’t the problem, it is how you feel about what happens that shapes your beliefs. Wisdom begins to arise when triggers are seen for what they are, a stimulus in the present that recalls the past. This awareness provides an opportunity to heal root causes, both emotionally and energetically. It’s time to rewrite or edit your story.

Positive Reframing

Trinity will encourage you to look at challenges with an open mind and welcome them as learning lessons. When you begin to view challenging situations as mirrors and teachers, you are less inclined to taking things personally. This helps mitigate anger and frustration. With practice, you can begin to embrace challenges and feel resourced to navigate them with skill as they occur. 

Storytelling will get redirected to emotional processing. Shaming and blaming is interrupted and radical acceptance is highlighted. This is to stop the neural pathways that keep you in a lower vibration. Personal responsibility and gratitude are encouraged antidotes for projections.  When you reframe your thinking, you develop a more positive and empowering perspective on life. 

Action Planning

Transformational Mindset Coaching begins with a self assessment to reflect on your personal goals, what is keeping you from them, and evaluate your current lifestyle. Starting with one clear goal, you will receive a personalized action plan that addresses related skills, knowledge, behaviors and attitudes. The action plan is a roadmap that identifies practices to be done with consistency to form new habits. The action plan is specific, actionable and realistic to your capacity and resonance. Prescribed practices will include both general wellness tools like meditation, journaling, and exercise along with goal specific practices. As you implement positive changes and succeed in each milestone, you create enforce positive neural circuitry. This rewiring moves you in the direction of who you want to become and boosts your overall outlook. By activating positive emotions regularly, optimism, self-confidence, and well-being are boosted. 

Action plans recognize your current conditions and mindset, and Trinity will work with you to define what you feel is manageable in your current capacity. Based on your time commitments, the timeline for adopting new practices may be a slow or a quick. Resistance is common and adopting negative coping skills like procrastination, bargaining, avoidance, etc. are normal setbacks. Trinity offers support and motivation on your process. Regular communications with Trinity will help you track your progress and make adjustments as needed. The program and support will continue as long as you have a genuine intention to transform. All that is asked of you is honesty and authenticity.
